I am grateful you are considering working with me. My approach is somatic and holistic, acknowledging your body, mind and spirit and their interconnectedness. I can not guarantee specific results for anyone, however, clients often report more ease with their bodies, greater self-awareness, more spaciousness, and better functioning.
I serve as a facilitator in your self-initiated process of change and healing. I support you by remaining present, educating/moving/coaching your body and/or channeling energy, listening, questioning, and offering metta (kindness and compassion) in a safe space. We may explore areas that influence your overall state of being such as health history, personal belief systems, work life, relationship, life stressors, targets and choices. We may also share a quiet, relaxing space. Each session is different depending on your targets and the modality we work with. Regardless, your sharing is kept confidential.
Private, semi-private & customized group workshops are also available.

I get asked the gratuity question a lot. Leaving a tip is a personal choice. I NEVER want anyone to feel obligated or that gratuity is expected (it is NOT) but I also don’t like telling people they can’t. If it’s something you would like to do, your kindness will be received with gratitude. If you are happy with your service, referring a friend or leaving a google review is the best gratuity of all.
